SANITATEM healthcare platform

SANITATEM sells software access to hospitals and pharmacies: patient and staff apps, director portals, messaging, and platform billing. SANITATEM does not sell medical treatment and does not take patient care payments for itself.

What customers pay

Hospitals and pharmacies pay SANITATEM an activation deposit to unlock the platform.
They also pay a platform commission on eligible billing, as set in Super Admin Finance.
Payments are card and digital wallet checkout through Stripe.
Patient bills to a hospital stay with that hospital. They are not SANITATEM platform fees.

Who this is for

Licensed hospitals, hospital networks, and pharmacies that register in the SANITATEM apps. Directors pay from the hospital or pharmacy portal after they create an account.

Refunds

Unused activation deposits may be reviewed by writing to support@sanitatem.health within 14 days of payment. Commission already earned on completed billing is not refundable. Chargebacks are handled through Stripe.
